Our Jasmine Tea is a result of a traditional and time-honoured process that originated in the heart of China. Here’s how we create this fragrant masterpiece:

   The tea leaves are carefully plucked during the early spring when they are at their freshest. They are then allowed to wither slightly, reducing moisture content.
2. Jasmine Blossom Harvest:
   Fresh jasmine blossoms are harvested in the evening when their fragrance is at its peak. These blossoms are collected by hand, preserving their natural aroma.
3. Layering and Scenting:
   The jasmine blossoms are layered with the withered green tea leaves. As night falls, the blossoms release their enchanting scent, which is absorbed by the tea leaves. This process is repeated multiple times until the desired fragrance is achieved.
4. Drying and Sorting:
   After the scenting process, the tea leaves are dried to lock in the delicate jasmine aroma. They are then meticulously sorted to remove any unwanted elements, ensuring a pure and premium tea.
